Delete your PawPaw Health account

You can permanently delete your PawPaw Health account and its associated cloud data from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open PawPaw Health and select Profile.
2. Select Account & Cloud, then Account Details.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the permanent deletion.

Request deletion if you cannot access the app

Email pawpaw@sit-technology.com from the email address associated with your PawPaw account. Use the subject “PawPaw account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes the account profile, active sessions, email-verification and password-reset records, cloud backups, Care Circle invitations and access, shelter workspace memberships and invitations, care tasks, social sign-in association, and registered push tokens associated with the account. Workspaces owned by the deleted account are also removed.

Data stored only on your device is not available to PawPaw Cloud. You can remove it separately in Profile > Privacy & permissions, or by uninstalling the app.

Limited retention

Account and cloud content are removed from PawPaw’s active systems when deletion is completed. Limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records may be retained only for the period required for those purposes or by applicable law. Service-provider backup copies are removed through their normal secure rotation process.
