These Terms of Use govern your use of PawPaw Health, operated by S.I.T. Technology. By using PawPaw, you agree to these terms.

PawPaw is not veterinary advice

PawPaw helps you organize pet care information. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed veterinarian. AI summaries and extracted details can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. For urgent concerns, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that information you add or share is accurate and appropriate. Only share a pet with people you trust, and choose the least access needed for each person.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse PawPaw, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms people, animals, or systems.

Free and PawPaw Plus

PawPaw Free includes all core functions for one pet and one caregiver, plus five AI document reviews per month. PawPaw Plus is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that supports unlimited pets and caregivers and includes up to 50 AI document reviews per month under a fair-use policy. The exact price is shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.

Payment is charged to your selected store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period under the terms shown by the store. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting a PawPaw account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Changes and availability

We may update PawPaw or these terms as the service develops. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
