PawPaw Manager beta

The current PawPaw Manager provider beta is payment-free. We do not collect subscription payments or require a payment card for beta access, so there are no beta subscription charges to refund.

Paid provider plans and their applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms will be published before paid checkout is enabled.

PawPaw Health mobile purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed through the store used for the purchase. To request a refund, follow Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund process. The applicable store policies determine eligibility. Manage or cancel a mobile subscription through your store account.
